Captain Sheriff sailed with 2 guests to Block Island's southwest side of the island. This was a quick 5 hour trip which began at 4 pm by Fluke fishing first just outside Point Judith harbor to see how the 5 year old son would handle the trip. After catching a few fluke we headed out to the Island. Bluefish were stacked in the entire southwest block island area and while our client did catch a limit of Bass, at least 20 slammer Bluefish were caught and released as well. Bass up to 28 lbs caught on this trip with excellent sea conditions. The trip featured almost nonstop fishing action whiich the client was hoping for on this light tackle fishing expedition!
