Capt Sheriff chartered 2 clients who wanted to cast artificial lures only for Bass and Blues on Tuesday afternoon. We fished from Pt. Judith to Watch Hill and found Bass just east of the Charlestown Breachway in 15 - 25 feet of water. The charter clients caught and released approximately 55 Bass from 4.30- 6.00PM . For about 1 hour, Bass were caught on every cast. The Bass ranged from 24- 27 inches. No keepers. There was only 1 Blue in the mix. Seagulls throughout the area as well. One of the clients was new to fishing and never caught a Bass or Blue previously. The top producing lure was the plastic Storm Shad.
